(Falcon, by the way, is the name of Fair Isaac’s fraud detection product that combines a neural network - a form of predictive analytics - with business rules and dynamic profiles to make real-time decisions about credit card fraud).

    Hi James,

The falcon youtube video posting was amusing, however, why was there was no reference to Fair Isaac in the advert?

    Best regards,

    Mike

I don’t remember the exact reasoning but the ad was targeted at consumers (who don’t deal with Fair Isaac in Australia for anything as far as I know). From a marketing perspective it was good for Fair Isaac as it made other banks think about Falcon (and they all knew who made Falcon Fraud Manager).
